jjoined forces and became Showaddywaddy.
The They wore 1950's Teddy Boy outfits and performing great versions of classic rock n roll numbers
along with some original material.
In tIn the same year they were invited to appear on a national tv show called "New Faces".
TheyThey were the winners of their show and came 2nd in the "All winners" final.
Due to this they were offered several recording contracts.
However they had already been signed by the company of "Bell" records who had

"Heartbeat","When"and "Youv'e Got What It Takes" to name but a few.

they had two of every musician in the band so there was so much flexibility,
along with some great dance routines.
In 1976 they achieved a UK and European Number one with the song
"Under The Moon Of Love."

called "The Showaddywaddy Show" (Who would have guessed) with guest star Kiki Dee.
